Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of faye-management.com (“the Site”), operated by JJB Media LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA), doing business as Faye. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Informational purpose

The Site describes our management services and allows you to request a consultation. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that can be accepted to form a binding services agreement. Any working relationship is subject to a separate written agreement, our acceptance, and identity and age verification. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

No earnings guarantee

Any earnings figures on the Site, including references to specific revenue amounts or timeframes, describe individual results achieved by particular creators under particular circumstances. They are not typical, are not a promise or projection of your results, and are not a guarantee of income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, consistency, market conditions, and platform policies. Many creators earn substantially less, and some earn nothing. You should not make financial decisions based on the possibility of any particular outcome.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, and the Faye name and marks, is owned by or licensed to JJB Media LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJB Media LLC and its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJB Media LLC from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply by law.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
