This website, faye-management.com (“the Site”), is operated by JJB Media LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA), doing business as Faye (“we,” “us”). You can reach us at info@faye-management.com.

What we collect

When you submit our consultation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, an optional handle or link to your work, a short description of where you are in your journey, and your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) in server logs for security and delivery of the Site.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels on this Site.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a working relationship is a fit, and communicate with you about it. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases are your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it

Form submissions and hosting are handled by Netlify, Inc. (USA) as our service provider. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Your data is processed in the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this means your data is transferred outside your jurisdiction; we rely on our providers’ safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than twelve months after our last contact, unless we enter into an agreement with you or are required to retain it longer by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, email info@faye-management.com. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of certain US states may have similar rights under their state’s privacy laws; we honor such requests regardless of threshold applicability.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We disclose information only to the service providers named above, or where required by law.

Age

This Site and our services are directed exclusively at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be available on this page.
